SANUREI is created for those who want their time in Bali to feel restorative. A place where mornings begin naturally, rooms feel open and every detail has a reason to be there.

The design brings together the welcoming warmth of Balinese living and the quiet clarity of Japan. Within an intimate compound of only five villas, each home is conceived to offer privacy, comfort and a calmer rhythm of everyday life.

02The Name

Two cultures meet where the sun rises

SANUR and REI come together in a name inspired by two cultures that honour the rising sun.

SANUR: Bali’s sunrise coast. Open, welcoming and shaped by the calm movement of the sea.
REI（礼）: A Japanese principle associated with respect, courtesy and grace. It reflects a way of living guided by attention to detail, thoughtful behaviour and refined simplicity.
